This page describes how the armonybikes.com website is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. The Data Controller of personal data processed following consultation of our website is MOVTE S.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller), with registered office in Via della Salute, 14 – Bologna (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller).

 PLACE OF PROCESSING
The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place in Italy, at the aforementioned registered office of the Data Controller, and are carried out by employees and collaborators of the Data Controller authorised to do so.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

The data will be processed mainly by computer for the following purposes:

  • To enable navigation of the site and monitor web traffic: the legal basis is the management of any pre-contractual or contractual relationship, within the scope of use of the site;

  • to activate the additional warranty for your e-bike (via the form   Insurance and Warranty – Armony Bikes): the legal basis is the contractual relationship;
  • Sending you promotional and informational communications about the company’s products and services: the legal basis is express consent;
  • evaluate your application as a retailer or collaborator of the company (via the JOIN THE TEAM form – Armony Bikes); the legal basis is the pre-contractual relationship;

Consent may be revoked at any time by writing to info@movte.it, but this will not have retroactive effect.

The provision of data is necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes.

Under no circumstances will the Data Controller collect ‘special’ data as defined by the regulation or information relating to your behaviour while browsing the website.

DATA COMMUNICATION
