WARRANTY

Each bike has a unique encrypted QR-Code that allows you to access the portal to register your bike and activate the warranty.

BIKE FINDER

In the event of theft, the owner of the e-bike can access the reserved area and enter the date in the “REPORT THEFT” field. The owner of the e-bike can proceed with a report to the police and the system, in case of position detection via reading of the QR-Code by third parties, will send the owner of the e-bike the documentation for notification to the police.

REGISTER THE VEHICLE BY SCANNING THE QR CODE

1 – By scanning the QR-Code printed on the frame of the e-bike you just purchased, a page opens where you can proceed with the registration of the e-bike.

2 – The system recognizes the vehicle and opens an online form where you can enter your data and requires registration of the e-bike.

3 – The system verifies the correctness of the data, the occurrence purchase and activate the warranty.

4 – The owner of the e-bike accepts the privacy conditions.

5 – The system activates the “Bike Finder” functionality.

6 – Within 48 hours the owner of the e-bike receives an email welcome to complete the registration process and activate the Bike Finder warranty and service.
